September 2013. Problem: My 16 year old washing machine stopped spinning. Review: I found them a bit hard to get hold off, but once I did contact them, they were able to come out the next day (Saturday) but that didn't suit me, so they arranged to come out (to Millisle) on Tuesday morning. Workman arrived at midday on the Tuesday, and emptied the washing machine of the water that wouldn't drain and fixed it within 30 minutes. A tumble dryer sheet had got caught and the motor needed a new blade fitting. Whilst he was there I also asked about my range cooker as one oven wasn't working, he fixed that too by replacing a broken sensor. £75 total fee for labour and parts. Very happy. Would recommend.
